Ovviamente non poteva mancare Justin Bieber, premiato per il Best Male Video e che non si è dimenticato di ribadire il suo amore nei confronti di Selena Gomez. C’era anche lei, infatti, e c’era anche Demi Lovato. Tra le teen stars più celebri, anche Emma Roberts, Ashley Tisdale, Joe Jonas e Vanessa Hudgens, che ha sfoggiato un look assolutamente nuovo e molto retro.
